Prices
The prices on this website are starting prices and ranges. The exact price depends on the garment, the number of pieces and sizes, and for embroidery the stitch count and whether a new embroidery file has to be made. We confirm the price in writing before any work starts, and the price you accept is the one that applies.
Enquiries and bookings
Sending a message or a form does not create a contract. The dates, the work included and the payment terms are agreed with you in writing for each job.
Photos and content
The photos on this website show our own work, machines and pattern sheets. Brand names of the clients we work for are removed. The text and logo belong to RIUS DESIGN LIMITED. Sketches, patterns and files you send us stay yours: we use them only for your job and never share them.
Links to other websites
This site links to services we don't control, such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Google. We're not responsible for their content or how they use your information.
Liability
We're not liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
